​I’m Pippa Topp, and I believe the best products come from teams who understand both technology and the humans using it. My career in product management has shown me that emotional intelligence isn’t optional—it’s what turns good teams into exceptional ones.
With over a decade leading product at high-growth companies, I’ve seen how EQ unlocks performance. Whether as a fractional CPO, leadership coach, or speaker, my focus is always helping people see both the system and the people within it.
I founded EQ Product Group Ltd to bring emotional intelligence and strategy together, not through fluffy workshops, but through practical, results-driven approaches that make teams more effective, innovative, and human.
